Personal Reflection Paper

Final Individual Paper – “Personal Reflection”: 

At the end of the term, each class member is responsible to submit a paper which summarizes their current thinking on leadership and themselves as a leader. Included should be at least: (1) the identification of and rationale for the person’s “2 of 5” most influential leadership strengths; (2) reflections regarding possible ‘fatal flaws’; (3) discussion of at least three influential assessments (Leader’s Self-Insights) completed during the class; (4) other important “lessons learned.” Papers are to be well-written (no obvious errors) and no longer than three single-spaced pages in length.
