Project Paper and Presentation (project quality and risk management)

You should use a mini-project from work, or ask your instructor for some ideas of outside work projects.  Prepare a paper that addresses the quality assurance and risk management issues in the project.  Papers should be 5-7 pages in length, not counting title page and table of contents.  Your paper must include a minimum of two references from articles that have been published in a professional publication (such as PM Network) or that have been peer reviewed (such as Project Management Journal).  Web based references (such as blogs or internet-originated articles) are not acceptable. 

Project Presentation

 The presentation should summarize your project, and highlight the quality assurance and risk management challenges you face.  Provide recommended solutions, or approaches that address the challenges associated with quality and risk.  The presentation must be in PowerPoint (.ppt).  No more than 15 slides may be presented (not counting cover and reference slides.
