Transformational Leadership
• Brings about significant change in followers and the organization
• Leads changes in an organization’s vision, strategy, and culture
• Promotes innovation in products and technologies
Transformational Leadership
• Provides larger meaning to separate activities
• Inspires people to participate in the change process
• Articulates a vision that is significantly better than the old Enlists others in sharing the dream
• Inspires followers to go beyond their own self‐interests
• Elevates the concerns from lower‐level physical needs to higher‐level psychological needs

Transactional Leadership
