Instructions

Without doing a video, using a minimum of 2 pages double spaced, write a self assessment of your current leadership and effectiveness skills and your future action plan for  becoming more of a leader, a better manager or more effective.

Utilize, discuss and integrate at least three concepts we/you have learned in this class from leadership theory,  the 7 habits (which ones?), Jim Collins' good to great/level 5, primal leadership/EI,  and how you will utilize these in the future for your own development. Be as specific and detailed as possible.
