Facts:
Kurt Homes, the claimant, stated that he shattered his leg while officiating a middle school
athletics competition as the athletic manager after being shoved over the curb by an opposing
team member. Claimant Home crossed across the curb in view of his teammates to protect them
from any damage. The claimant filed a grievance against the educational institution although
without possessing the exact pupil group that ran the institution. The education department
argues that claimant Home should be excluded from the pleasure region requirement because it
was aware of the risks.
