Company Overview-
This paper will discuss the best management practices of Google and provide details of
how management has helped make Google a successful company. It will include an overview of
the company as well as the business mission and vision statements. Google was founded in 1988
in Menlo Park, California by Larry Page and Sergy Brin. The business started with a mere 21
employees and has grown into a company with over 100,000 employees. Google is a tech
company that is primarily known for its search engine. The company has grown to be very
successful and is the number one used search engine (Forsey, 2018). While Google has provided
people with so much information, one thing that is often missed is its management practices,
which help make the company successful.
Principles of Management-
Google has created a management team that has to fit its certain management style. At
