Seamons v. Snow, 864 F.supp.111 (D. Utah 1994)
Facts:
In this instance, prosecutor Brian Seamons, a participant of the Sky View High School football
crew, was assaulted in the changing area by other professional athletes. His private parts were
displayed during the raid, and comrades bound his private parts to enable him to view his
ex-girlfriend. Prosecutors warned the athletic director and teachers and administrators about the
assault, but the instructor did nothing, blaming Seamons of ruining the school's imminent
tournament due he informed his colleagues. Federal Legislation initiated a petition, claiming that
