as emphasized by O'Reilly and Tushman (2004), which balances exploration and exploitation.
This entails preserving the primary business while fostering an environment that promotes
experimentation and risk-taking. Additionally, companies should cultivate an innovation network
by encouraging collaboration among different departments and external partners, such as
suppliers, universities, and research institutions, to establish a diverse and dynamic environment
for generating new ideas and enhancing their innovation capacity. Finally, implementing a
