1. Purpose and respondents:
The purpose of the executive summary is to produce a brief overview of a report. Allowing the
readers to quickly understand the main points and meaning without having to read the whole
document. Highlighting the key points and findings, conclusions, and recommendations in a
clear and concise format, while providing shareholders and directors with the most important
information. The survey respondents consisted of men and women, ranging in ages, various
years of tenure with the company, and different leadership levels. Also, questions to gage their
work experience and stress levels working with the company.
2. Results:
The bar graphs represent the questions that were being asked. Looking over the results we can
see that women and men were closely related in their experiences facing different stressors. Also,
managers were the group of leaders that were the most pleased in their roles. Upper-level leaders
do not enjoy their roles. As well as there is a significant decrease in burnout levels with less
experienced employees.
3. Recommendations:
Some key takeaways that can be considered to reduce employee burnout from this report are:
Why is there a correlation between length of time at the company and burnout? Why do
managers only love what they do when looking at the scope of our leadership structure? Also,
what reasons could there be to cause men and women alike ages 40+ to experience such stress in
their home life?
