Introduction
I record the sample of the 30 that I selected, Texas and the average listing prices and sizes
in this report. I select this region because I've heard about 2 of the counties selected in this region
from Random 30. A dispersion graph of the trend between dimensions and prices is also
included.
Representative Data Sample
The sample I have chosen was from Hunt County to Wise County in the western south
center of Texas. The average price for this item is approximately $263,407 for a median price
range of $239,019. The median price difference in standard was $78,096.11 and the median
square footage available was approximately 2120 square feet. That's just right for the price.
Data Analysis
I found, from the regional sample I produced compared to the national market, that prices
were approximately the same overall cost as national average prices of $256,945 and in the
region about $239,019 but the biggest difference I could find was that the house in Texas ran
approximately 200-300 square meters. I ensured that the sample was random as I chose a region
to be, and it was a good idea for the future to find this information.

The Pattern
Each variable is upward based on the size to cost. Based on my diagram. This is obvious
only on the basis of the trend line. Depending on the country, however, price may also change, as
certain counties have a higher tax or a higher income rate. The First variable that aligns with the
trend line helps predict what will happen in price and size based on the starting point, followed

by the last variable in the trend line that shows that the higher the cost, the larger the house, the
more likely the total listing price is to be.
The link between x and y in the scatter plot determines its shape, because people tend to
want bigger houses but also to cost because it's a kind of world of supply and demand. These
variables show that you can ask more about the initial size-based price. Outsourcing services are
more or less in better quarters, better facilities, school districts and the general middle income
rate of the home owners like the two ways above the rest of the trend.
