We made it! it was a pleasure engaging with everyone through
discussion. As we evaluate the future of technology, we will start
seeing less paper and a high demand for electronic devices and
systems. I personally am 50/50 with electronic systems because of
breaches or system crashing it causes barriers within the potential
growth. HIM systems creates better quality care for patients along
with convenience. The HIM roles will be affected by this growth
because there will be demand for more training and skills utilizing
these new systems.
