SOURCE INTEGRATION
You will employ resource integrating techniques outside of this composing course. You will be
expected to do research and use the results in your coursework when you enroll in more courses
in your area of study. Additionally, you'll discover that source integration is crucial in a lot of
actual workplace circumstances. For instance, those who work in education, healthcare, business,
and other related sectors are sometimes expected to correctly credit the most recent research in
these subjects in a memo or other type of written document.
QUOTATIONS AND PARAPHRASES: A BRIEF REVIEW
But in order to prevent being accused of plagiarism, both direct quotes and paraphrases need to
be properly cited in your work. The author's name, the page number, and, if applying APA style,
the year are used in in-text citations. To recap: A source's precise words or phrases are used in
direct quotes. For special or impactful sections that would be challenging to convey in your own
words, direct quotations work best. Too many direct quotes might overpower your article, so use

James Bennett (Bennett).
