My project team will have group of individuals who will help me achieve the
objectives of the project. I will be the main lead of the project management but it
will also consist of the following members: project management staff, the project
manager and other members who will not necessarily get involved with
management but will have rights to carry out the work related to the project.
What steps are you going to take to promote CSR initiatives? For example: what
community programs, nonprofits, or environmental projects will the new product
or service support?
In many cases, CSR and DEI can be very tricky, specially if the business is small
sized. The CSR efforts might not be enough to gain recognition because of that I
will follow certain steps in order to promote CSR initiatives. These steps would
consist a decision of choosing right people for the CSR activities management.
Having a vital team is important in order to achieve the objectives of the project.
This will change how the audience interacts with your business. It's important to
know your values, and understand how they to life in your community, will
encourage participation and understand the financial implications. For our
business I would like to have diversity, equity, inclusion, corporate policies that
benefit the environment, and socially environmentally conscious investments.
• How do you plan to attract, develop, engage, and reward your
project team?
The plant to attract, develop, engage and reward the project team, I would like to
set a clear vision about the project goals, trust you team when working on
challenging assignments, share progress on an ongoing basis, provide social and
structural resources for the team. I would like to make work place pleasant, offer
employees rewards, give them opportunities to grow within their carrier, share
positive feedback, be transparent and have recognition program for the
employees.
