The organizational chart that has been presented focuses on the Senior Management Group of a
retail company.
• For preparing the organizational chart of the business entity, the specific type of data that
was collected included the leadership of the organization, the chief functions of the business
as well as the leaders that are responsible for heading specific business functions. The
hierarchy and the reporting structure that is adopted within the business entity also helped to

annual report of the company, the official website of the business, which gives an insight
into the management team and the publications of the company that give an insight into its
organizational positions.
