Feedback loops are essential for a business to grow and develop. This helps the company, employees, and customers.
Feedback from Within the Company:
Who to Ask:
I would seek feedback from various stakeholders within the company, including team members, department heads, and other relevant personnel. It's important to get perspectives from different levels and functions.
How to Seek and Address Feedback:
● Regular Team Meetings: Organize regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, challenges, and opportunities. Encourage open discussions where team members can freely share their feedback and concerns.
● Anonymous Surveys: Use anonymous surveys to gather honest feedback on specific issues. This allows employees to express themselves without fear of repercussions.
● One-on-One Check-ins: Schedule one-on-one check-ins with team members to delve deeper into individual concerns or suggestions. This personalized approach can uncover insights that might not be shared in a group setting.
● Implementing Action Plans: Act on the feedback received. Share the steps being taken to address concerns and improvements made based on the input received. This demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement.
Feedback from Customers:
Strategies for Seeking and Addressing Feedback:
● Customer Surveys: Periodically send out customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback on products, services, and overall experiences.
● Social Media Monitoring: Keep an eye on social media platforms to identify and address customer feedback, both positive and negative.
● Customer Service Channels: Ensure that there are accessible channels for customers to provide feedback directly to customer service. Respond promptly to inquiries and complaints.
● Focus Groups or User Testing: Conduct focus groups or user testing sessions for new products or features to gather valuable insights before a full launch.
Internal Communication Channels:
For Internal Customers (Employees):
● Email Updates: Regularly send out email updates on company-wide initiatives, addressing feedback received, and sharing progress.
● Intranet or Internal Forums: Establish an intranet or internal forums where employees can post feedback, suggestions, or questions.
● Town Hall Meetings: Conduct town hall meetings to discuss important company updates and allow employees to ask questions or provide feedback directly.
For External Customers:
● Customer Support Platforms: Use customer support platforms to track and manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
● Newsletter Updates: Include updates on product improvements and responses to customer feedback in newsletters.
● Public Announcements: In cases where feedback leads to significant changes or improvements, consider making public announcements to showcase the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
By implementing these strategies, the company can create a culture of open communication, actively address concerns, and continuously improve both internal processes and customer satisfaction.

I would ask from feedback from all employees to improve the workplace. The company will give feedback to the employees to improve performance, and the company will ask for feedback from customers to boost companies' product and service quality. Feedback from employees and customers can come through our website as anonymous so everyone feels comfortable to say what they are thinking or there will be a place to add your name. There will also be a 800 number that people can call with any feedback they might have. The company takes all feedback seriously and looks at the cause and effect to see what customers and employees are thinking and feeling about the products.
The communication channels that LG company will use to address feedback are face-to-face conversations with employees and phone call conversation with customers. Along with live chats to customer service on our website and emails through our website will also be a good way to keep in touch with the company and we have customer service staff on-site that will read through the feedback and get them to the proper channels for review.
