Briefly describe the agency’s intervention/treatment plan
Recovery Unlimited’s internvention/treatment plan consist of the following:
-Assessment of an individual’s abilities, strengths, weakness, and barriers.
-Development of a relationship between the provider and the individual
-Recognizing and acknowledging barriers and potential barriers that could possibly discourage
the individual from being able to properly engage in treatment.
-Development of personalized treatment plan based on the individuals strengths and abilities.
Briefly discuss best practices about interventions identified in the
literature
Individuals with psychological concerns often times tend to have a difficulty with being
able to properly engage in treatment which in turn causes there to very high rates or dropping
out of treatment. Not being able to commit with patients during the intake process as well as
during therapy can cause there to be clinical outcomes that will be considered as being
unfavorable. There are various and multiple factors that can cause an individual’s commitment
