Howard Gardener developed the theory of multiple intelligence (Alem n. d). To capture
every person's ability and talent Gardener reveals that people not only have an intellectual
capacity (Chen, J. 2016). Every individual has different types of intelligence, including spatial-
visual, interpersonal, musical, and linguistic intelligence. Throughout the day, for instance, I use
these different types of intelligence as stated below.
Visual-spatial intelligence is one where an individual can easily visualize things, and
people are good with memory. Pictures and directions. Every day I read novels and write in my
journal for enjoyment. I also show linguistic verbal intelligence; this is intelligence that I can use
words well in speaking and writing. I engage my friends and tell them stories throughout my
breaks in a humor-filled manner, and most of my friends state that I am very eloquent.
I practice logical-mathematical intelligence whenever I want to use my money or budget
my finances, either thinking of snacks or food to have for lunch or when I want to purchase any
item I need to use during the day. Bodily-kinesthetic intelligence I use it whenever I walk home
from school. I take a walk as a healthy work and an exercise. I also enjoy dancing to relieve
stress after a long day's work. I use musical intelligence when I listen to music when I get home.
To calm down and relax and disconnect from every day's activities and
I use interpersonal intelligence to interact with my family at home to know how their
days have been and spend quality time with them. Finally, as I go to bed, I reconnect with myself
and try o think of the day the event my achievements and set goals for the next day, and this is
evidence f intrapersonal intelligence. However, I believe some intelligence comes naturally to
me, such as visual-spatial, linguistic, and interpersonal intelligence. Still, I need to further work
3
on kinesthetic and logical-mathematical intelligence because I am very reluctant to exercise, and
sometimes I can spend a little more over my budget.
