My group’s Wiki project seems to be developing pretty well but could be better. There
is great consideration and understanding in regards to everyone’s limitations as well as
appreciation for everyone’s strengths. In the beginning, the three of us were all able to
acknowledge that there may be some difficulty with the assignment due to us all having
different schedules. Maria, Caressa, and I all have full-time jobs and Maria and Caressa both
have small children that require a lot of care and attention. Caressa is also in the early stages of
a pregnancy and has some health concerns that have been causing her not to feel well. I also
tested positive for COVID the Thursday before Christmas and was very sick due to the
symptoms that I was experiencing. Despite those things and Caressa being in a different time
zone, we have all tried our best to stay connected, keep clear communication through text
messages as well as ZOOM calls. ZOOM calls seem to work best in the evening hours once
everyone is off from work and Maria and Caressa have their children settled. Honestly, our
