Strategic Planning
The process of strategic planning can take some time to complete and is something that could
be of great benefit to those who are involved. Having goals and objectives is very essential. Goals and
objectives can increase productivity which in turn could create higher success rates. A mission, vision,
values, short-term and long-tern goals, as well as a plan of action should be a part of a strategic plan.
After the services have been identified, the organization will then effective and be able to place all focus
on ensuring that those involved remain committed to the organization and have the ability to retain
services that is more appropriate (Finley, Rogers, Napier and Wyatt, 2011).
