Part 1
• The dispositional trait theories focus on the human personality and behavior of human
beings. It mainly focuses on consistent patterns in individuals relating to thoughts,
behavior as well as emotions. The emphasis of theorists is on traits to comprehend human
personality (Trait theory / dispositional theory. Communication Theory, 2018). Biological
trait theories, on the other hand, lay emphasis on biological aspects of an individual that
may affect his or her learning and perception of social behavior. The gene is considered to
be the ultimate element of life that controls human life and destiny (Biological Trait
Theories, 2021).
It is important to understand the difference between the two theoretical approaches. The
understanding can help to get a comprehensive insight into individuals and the role of their
genetic factors, environmental elements and other variables to shape their personality as
individuals.

Part 3
• Based on the traits score that I have achieved in the Big Five Personality Test report, I have
explained each dimension of my personality. i
• Openness – The high score that I have received relating to openness show that I am
creative and adventurous as an individual. I like thinking out of the box and having novel
experiences. A suitable example of the behavior is finding new solutions for old problems.
• Conscientiousness – I am a self-disciplined person who likes to work hard towards my
goals. I am organized when it comes to learning in the academic setting. An example is
working on projects beforehand so that I can complete them before the specific deadlines.
• Extraversion – I like to engage with others and form bonds with them. My outgoing nature
enables me to have a big social circle in my personal and academic life. A suitable example
that reflects this behavior is my big friend circle.
• Agreeableness – I am an agreeable person since I value the needs of others instead of
focusing on my self-interest. It helps me to become an empathetic person who is able to
form emotional attachments with others. An example that demonstrates my agreeableness
is other students come to me to share their concerns and issues.
• Neuroticism – I do not express my negative emotions such as fear, anger and anxiety to
others. My ability to remain calm and composed helps me to have better control over how
I feel and how I manage my emotions. An example of the trait is my ability to handle
anxiety or nervousness before giving a presentation in the class (The Big Five Personality
Test. Truity, 2021). i

• I think that the Big Five Personality Test is highly accurate in the description of my
personality. The scores that I have attained in diverse areas reflect my true self and the kind
of person I am.
Part 4
1. I am well suited for the role of a sales person in a retail store since I am an outgoing person.
I can use my engagement, communication and extroverted behavior to persuade the
customers to purchase the products. Similarly, my empathetic nature can help in
establishing long-lasting relationships with potential and existing customers of the store.
2. As a bookkeeper in a small accounting firm, I can use my core personality elements such as
conscientiousness and self-discipline to effectively keep a tab of the transactions. A
biological factor that can play an instrumental role and help me to adjust to the specific
work environment is strong memory which helps me to retain information. Similarly, my
intelligence can also help me to effectively carry out my function as a bookkeeper. i i
3. The specific personality dimensions that would require high scores to be successful in the
position of a photographer for the National Geographic magazine include openness, and
conscientiousness. It is necessary to be determined and adventurous to thrive in the
position.
4. On the basis of the results of the Big Five Personality Test, the ideal career for my
personality would be a caretaker in a facility or a Human Resource professional. I would be
able to use my traits to work with people and form strong relationships with them.
