The procurement process will take 3 months to complete.
The procurement team will consist of 3 members, including a project manager, a
procurement specialist, and a contract administrator.
The project manager will spend 20% of their time on the procurement project.
The procurement specialist will spend 80% of their time on the procurement
project.
