This memo aims to present data on how various audiences perceive empathy. By
analyzing this information, the company can effectively target specific groups to assist
non-profit organizations in securing donations.

Based on the data, it is clear that different income classes have varying responses to
empathy, which can influence the effectiveness of donation efforts. The working class,
with the highest number of responses (280) and a solid empathy score of 3.92, appears
to be the most responsive group in terms of donations. The lower class, while showing
the highest empathy score (4.04), had a smaller response pool of only 47 participants.
The middle class, with the largest number of responses (314) and an empathy score of
3.94, also represents a promising group, but their empathy score is slightly lower than
the working class. The upper class, despite having the smallest response size (19),
