Some of the things that are wrong with this strategy is that it's not
unique and it provides more goals than strategies. aa Even though goals
are great to have Paul’s Discount Tires & Repairs need a better
strategy that is unique and stand out from others. aa For example
Michelin's strategy is “to use technology and innovation to make its
products and services stand out, so that it can consolidate its
leadership and meet its customers' needs as effectively as possible.”
While this is great Paul’s Discount Tires & Repairs are providing the
lowest prices and quality work to beat out their competitors.
Since, this company has been hit hard during the pandemic and sells
are down. Having lower prices than the competition with quality work
will help the company succeed.
The company will sustain with its strategy because it is providing for
the customers of a certain economic background. aa
One thing that can help improve this strategy is to provide something
for free. aa A lot of people have lost their jobs during this pandemic so
it is hard to be able to afford repairs. aa If a membership is added it
could help draw more attention and gain customers. It could be called
an allegiance membership. aa In this membership the customers must use
Paul’s Discount Tires & Repairs for their car needs and they will get
free yearly inspections. aa
