Communication Plan
An efficient approach for communication with the park's constituents is required to
guarantee that the renovation of the park is productive. A successful approach is to guarantee that
everyone involved is aware of the efforts that were implemented to solve the current problems
along with those that are going to be taken ahead to restore the park. The table following lists
three important stakeholders, the influence they will have on the reopening, the type of data that
needs to be shared, including the way the business is going to deliver it.
