Hello Everyone,
I believe being a great leader is to have an active listening skill and have critical thinking
and problem solving skills. As leaders we should encourage our employees to never give up and
anything is possible we set our mind to it.
As a Founder/CEO of my own company I constantly encourage my team members and
help them to achieve their best and find their talent to help grow our company. I have seen when
there is no direction within a company it is very frustrating and many employees start to
disrespect their leaders. But when we do training within the organization as well as collaborate
and be able to communicate with one another, many of these issues can be resolved and projects
can move forward.
