Business Problems
The outcomes of the company's most comprehensive survey on employee satisfaction
demonstrate that there has been a disparity among leaders and the staff who report to them. The
findings illustrate a low level of trust among many of the staff, who also perceive that their
achievements are not adequately honored. Management certainly possesses the fundamental
skills to effectively lead this corporation. To resolve these issues, an Adaptive Leadership Toolkit
and personal development plans have already been established and will be implemented
instantly. With these techniques, the executive team will evolve into more knowledgeable and
productive managers. The employee satisfaction survey will serve to analyze the effects of these
initiatives in the future.
The key aims of the Adaptive Leadership Toolkit and personal development plan are to
strengthen communication abilities. Communicating effectively is the first step to enhance
working relations between staff and executives. This would not only strengthen employment
relationships, but also empower managers to explain each worker's aspirations and plans of the
company more successfully.
