Introduction
Miscommunication is a common most aspect in the world of the corporation. It
can occur in any stage of the business leading to downfall (Jackson and van den
Hooff 2012). When two people fall in the traps of miscommunication, the desires and
critical aspects of information remains unshared. Furthermore, it is observed that the
factor of communication can be seen as action. Therefore, the miscommunication is
certainly the failure in action that generates more issues between two people (Kelly
2014).
However, when it comes to the corporation, the communication gap can cause
a higher grade of failure (MILLS 2012). The two parties can have a misperception
about certain information that can lead the organization toward a downfall. The
organization International Gadgets has had faced multiple challenges after which they
had achieved $4 billion in revenue. However, the miscommunication aspect that has
occurred in the firm led toward profitability loss in many ways. In one case, the
organization fell short of supplies whereas, in other, the company faced the direct
loss of money. Several factors can cause such instances, leading to the ultimate
disaster in the firm.
At present, the firm is facing problems related to communication that needs
immediate attention. Such issues occur due to information overload, message
complexity, and message competition, and differing status, lack of trust, inadequate
communication structures, and physical distractions. At present, it seems that the
organization is facing the problems related to the inappropriate or even delayed
transfer of information.

Ways to solve the miscommunication gap
To address the ultimate problem of miscommunication, a new team is hired
that would see through the entire communication system of the firm. This team
would ensure that the communication between the suppliers and the operation
managers are carefully done without any delays or errors. This would ensure that the
organization achieves success in the path of gadgets.
The primary work of the organization would be to ensure that the correct
information in transferred from one source to another. To do this, the team members
would be engaged in monitoring the two sides that would transfer the information. If
they have achieved the success in transferring the information correctly, the team
members would report it is a positive way toward growth. However, in case if the
information is inappropriately transferred, the team members would correct it as soon
as possible. In this case, the actions would be taken sooner as compared to the
previous happenings.
Furthermore, the team members would also ensure that the communication
methods are working appropriately. They would be handling the emails, telephones,
and all other communication techniques that are available in the firm. By doing this,
the organization can ensure that the members have been sharing the messages without
any delay or error (Todd 2013).
The team members would also clarify the information and make it quite easy.
The complexity is another reason behind the miscommunication between the
professionals. The reports and analyses performed might be one of the striking reasons
behind miscommunication that happened in the firm. To have a reduction in such

aspects, the team will be enabling easier access to information from the available
reports and analyses so that the right information is transferred without any delay.
The team members would also ensure that the communication structure is
maintained without any distractions or errors. By utilization of the right methodology
for communication without having delayed transfer of information, the firm can
achieve more significant benefit (INTARASOD 2010).
Conclusion
It was observed that International Gadgets has been facing problems related to
communication gap at the highest level. The reason behind it can be a mixture of
lack of appropriate communication technique and the delayed or error-ful transfer of
information. To enable the proper method of communication, a team of people will
be selected that would especially ensure that the connection is being carried out
effortlessly. Furthermore, the techniques such as monitoring would be carried out to
ensure that the critical messages are transferred rightly without any particular error or
delay. After that, the team members would ensure that the organizational reports and
analyses are performed and easily transferred to the employees and other internal
stakeholders. Furthermore, the team members would ensure that the organization can
utilize the right medium to transfer the information. The team members would ensure
that the communication is done effectively so that the organization can attain benefit.
