One of the tools I chose for this discussion is Microsoft Visio. I chose
this tool because I have used it before and is familiar with it. It is
listed with other free UML tools in this module’s resources. This tool
is used to make proprietary diagrams and vector graphics software
on your computer. I have used it to create flowchart graphs to
display information. This program could be used in programs like
support specialist because you can create unique diagrams to explain
important information.
