Abstract
The purpose of this report is to provide recommendations to Alpha for a more robust EHR
that will be able to accommodate all their service lines. In this report the following critical
elements will be addressed: organizational analysis, application desi and considerations, an gn
EHR selection design and recommendations, and the implementation proposal.
