"The way we have always done it." I consider this the most
dangerous phrase ever created and used within the human language.
In our every day normal, most people, typically who are uneducated
on the differences would prefer a physical versus a physician
assistant or nurse practitioner. In line with the many issues including
staffing shortages across the country, many healthcare settings have
opted to hiring and recruiting different types of clinicians such as the
ones I mentioned above. In my view, it is all about the hierarchy of
the profession itself. In pretty much any setting, especially the
hospitals, and different offices and medical centers, the
"deprofessionalized" options usually work under the doctor. In most
cases, a report and consult would occur to ensure different systems
