Consensus-based decision-making is the strategy I would advise the CEO to use. Problem
solving and judgment will be used to express the thoughts and concepts of all workers, and each
one will feel as though they contributed to finding a remedy for the problem. Many individuals
desire to have their ideas and voices heard. The goal of the prevailing opinion judgment process
is to create a more unified and cohesive team where everyone has a voice. Allowing staff to
speak up will boost the mood and efficiency overall since they will provide a distinctive
viewpoint on the problem that the CEO might have never thought of. Even if they disagree with
the decision made by the organization, all participants can nonetheless embrace it.
