After completion of the a course in Business law, it is essential to
consider changed perspectives and ideas about business law and its
scope. Also, it has highlighted different ways of changing perceptions.
Additionally, this course has mentioned how to use the information
that has been learned from professional and personal life. Here, I
admit that I have gone through lots of significant changes that reflect
on my ideas and perceptions in order to business law and its scopes.
Presently, I am more aware of the power of business law and
understand the impact of business law on my daily life in the personal
as well as professional condition. Previously, I was not having any
idea about the effects of business law on me and my business that I
may regularize in the future as I want to own more properties and
become a landlord. However, I have realized now that businesses
could engage in different kinds of actions on a regular basis that
should be compulsorily held quickly to specific policies and laws
(Marson & Ferris, 2018). Currently, I have realized that selling things,
entering contracts, manufacturing things, and operating the business
need to follow a specific law to be in the field ethically. This Business
Law course has helped me a lot to understand each and every detail
of the subject and broadened the breadth of my business law
knowledge. I have seen that my perception of the jurisdiction in
business law is widely impacted. Even though I found it very difficult
to understand this jurisdiction part of the study in the course, giving
more time to the subject has made me learn the most from this part of
the study. However, this could help me a lot in my career path to
understand the impact in order to know how it gives the business in
terms of services and products, where the organization makes
business, where the entity or person resides who receives the
services or product, and impact of jurisdiction. Likely, this is very
helpful for me to make it more significant to further get an insight
into the local laws and policies.
Apart from these, having a proper understanding of the rules of
jurisdiction is very important as it helps to know the existence or
validity of a business contract. It has made me learn many things like
the consideration, an agreement, a legal object, and contractual
capacity. This could help me to have a great deal with contractors in
the future years. However, I wanted to begin with sole proprietorship
and continue it to the next level by doing partnerships and others.
Overall, this course has provided an enlightening and informative
point of view to see the business.
