Qualified and creative people are going to be part of the project
team. DEI, the project team will be diverse, bringing different cultural
experiences, everyone will be in equity for the best of the project,
and inclusion brings fresh ideas for success. At Apple Inc, we believe

build a successful team. This team will be loyal, motivated, and
determined to be at work every day, not only because they have to
do it to get paid, but because they want to do what they like to do

CSR is a priority for Apple Inc. With the new product Hologram &
Audio Glasses, we will continue supporting communities by providing
resources to non-profit organizations in the vision care field. One
example could be the organization "VOSH International".

I think this organization needs Apple Inc support because they are
volunteers who provide vision care assistance to in-need people in
developed countries.
A workplace where everyone feels free and where they are doing
what they like to do is a perfect way to attract great people. People
who enjoy what they do will make the development and engagement
of the project easy and successful. Of course, everyone needs to be
rewarded, and Apple Inc has very competitive equity remunerations.
A bonus will be there for accomplishing the task on time and bringing
new creative ideas that could innovate much more the product or
find ways to increase productivity.
