The makeup of the project team will be made up of specialists that
are professionals in their field. Apple has its own in-house
manufacturing and customer relations departments so ill be able to
use members from those departments to add to my team for the
design and customer relation aspects of the product. I will look for a
solar energy specialist that can help with the solar energy aspect of
the product. The team will also have a marketing and advertising
team member to promote the product.
The product focuses on using solar power which is an environmental
source of energy. It takes a common product and adds an
environmental aspect that can help with the amount of electricity
used. the product will support nonprofits and activist groups that
focus on changing the global footprint. We plan to attract, develop,
engage, and reward our project team by building initiative that helps
the development of the employees. This will happen through
competitive wages and raises that are reflected in their performance.
We will focus on employee development by providing free training to
constantly work on their development. there will also be space for
growth and hire positions because retention of employees is
important. It's important that an environment is built with the same
foundation that our product has.
