My Project Team will consist of a Project Manager and a group of
highly-skilled, uniquely talented individuals that can foster group
cohesion. These individuals will come from different backgrounds,
cultures, and skill sets. The Project Manager will be responsible for
leading and developing the team while monitoring and controlling the
project's progress. Together with the team, they will develop a plan
to meet the project's requirements.
Meijer understands the importance of giving back to the community
that has made the superstore successful. Through CSR initiatives,
Meijer has partnered with many locally owned and operated
companies to provide high-quality ingredients for their customers.
The new meal kits services will continue to support these initiatives
by promoting sustainable farming practices, reducing waste, and
providing food for those in need.
Attracting and developing a project team starts with creating an
environment where team members feel comfortable and valued,
embracing diversity, and encouraging their unique skill set. I will
define the expectations of the team by establishing goals and
standards for team participation. At the start of every meeting, I will
initiate open communication to foster bonds between teammates. I
will reward my team by recognizing and acknowledging their hard
work, offering a group treat at the completion of milestones, and a
small celebration at the completion of the project.
