Supply Team
I found that I was tied between supply and support team, but I have found that in my
position I can overlap both parts quite frequently. For this paper, I will be looking at the supply
time. I have found that God has let me understand that much of my job is supplying what is
necessary to help those grow closer to Christ. For student ministry this means being able to
supply the same way for the students, volunteers, and pastors so that the growth and maturing
can continue and lead to encouragement. As for me, I work hard to make the students aware of
the physical resources that I am able to supply, however, I large part of the supplication that my
students require is myself. I am always willing to listen, and likewise I receive phone calls, texts,
get coffee with students, do bible studies when asked, also provide counseling sessions. This, as
one can imagine, causes me to often forget that I am human, and am also meant to rest. I give so
much time to supply the tools for success, that I often forget to supply myself with tools to grow
and mature in Christ. This would be the area that I would say that I need to improve in.
