Consumer behavior is shaped by a multitude of factors. These include, but are not limited

components is necessary to comprehend the motivations underlying customer choices.
Additionally, by learning how customers make decisions, marketers may create marketing plans
that work better.

Bershka store in Kazakhstan. International Journal of Engineering and Management
Research (IJEMR), 9(3), 113-117.
The main variables influencing consumer behavior in Kazakhstani Bershka stores are
examined by the author. The results show that pricing is the most important factor influencing
consumer behavior, with brand image, product quality, and customer service coming in second
and third, respectively. Although location is acknowledged as important, the study finds that it is
not as important as the previously mentioned characteristics. The aim of this study is to improve
global comprehension of consumer behavior in diverse retail settings. Be aware that the results
might not hold true in other retail environments or nations.
