In the lesson, the first strategy the teacher used was asking the students to whisper the answer in
their hands. I found this strategy to be very interactive and fun for the students. This allows
children to put learning into their own hands. This strategy was in a sense of call and response
between the teacher and students. This also allowed the teacher to check for understanding. I also
admired the students sharing their answers with a classmate. pointer to guide them with reading.
The teacher used to touch his head as a signal for all the kids to come back together and focus.
Once the teacher put his hands on his head the students did the same.
The second strategy used in the video was the teacher having students repeat what another
student answered. The teacher also gave positive feedback and praise when the student answered
the question. Having the class repeat the student's answers allows all students to hear and recite
