4. Sleep deprivation – difficulty falling asleep, frequent waking, poor sleep quality.
Goals for Change
1. Reduce anxiety and depressive symptoms
Learn how cognitive errors are connected to maladaptive core beliefs and
anxiety/depression.
Participate in as many activities as possible that will enhance the enhancement of
mental health to minimize the extent of avoidance behaviors.
Create realistic relational schemas in order to enhance one’s self-esteem and decrease
depressive symptoms.
Decrease or eradicate the symptoms of anxiety or depression and regain the previous
level of functioning.
2. Manage and reduce work-related stress
Learn about the effects of stress on the mental health and how to manage stress.
Enhance personal organization and the amount of time spent on leisure.
Lower the stress rates and avoid the burn out feature.
