Phil is 15 years old male and reports having high-level feelings of sadness and angry
outbursts in the last four months. The mother indicates that her separation from Phil's father
made Phil cry a lot. After his father remarried, Phil became more argumentative. Phil has been
having sleeping troubles and experiences sadness. The mother reports that Phil has never had any
mental or physical illness. However, since his parents' separation, Phil has lost concentration in
school, which affects his grades.
