Article 1
Therapeutic Jurisprudence Implications of the use of Nonjudicial Officers in Criminal Justice
Cases.
This article is about the roles of nonjudicial officers who have been having a space in the United
States judicial system. They have a lot of responsibilities to do such as maintaining pretrial cases
in court, more than their share of criminal cases and looking into investigations. The importance
of a term of powers that can be between the legislative and the Judicial fountain of principles
and it can separate powers from the United States Government of higher judges. There was also
an accountable decision that the author wrote about in his article which was about the
important areas in criminal law that were not made up by the judges and the nonjudicial
leaders. The decision could lead to dictions in someone’s court cases. Some court cases included
sexual assaults and abuse, also how defendants were giving plea deal bargains and more jail
time, but the decisions were from the judge and no one else. The judges would hear all the
evidence and make the last decision on the defendant's fate. There was a significant finding or a
motion in each case that would help in the decisions in court. A couple of judges who heard a
case in New York said a lawyer role can or should not be able to enhance their roles and it
sounded like a love scene and the person was being changed with a felony and sentenced to a
higher prison.
Judicial Hearing with Officers in New York
There was a judicial hearing in a New York courtroom, which was first pretrial and then a trial.
The evidence and testimonies were presented, then the jury received the case information.
Next, the judge got the decision, and she handled it in court officer who read the verdict. The
defendant was found guilty of the charge of murder in the first degree and received a life
sentence in prison. There was another case that took place in Chicago. The defendant used the
Fourth Amendment and the Due Process. He was let out because of lack of evidence. The court
is the one who determines whether it is the one who will be found guilty or not. The judge must
justify a search and seizure policy in one case before a decision is made. In the case of People V
Ahmed, the court of appeals changed its verdict, and a trial judge was out of the courthouse
due to an illness. She was not at her job when the evidence was being introduced and the
deliberations too. He had her secretary do all the questions in court. The defendant was giving a
plea deal in the case.In the case United States V. York case .The court conclded that the
defendant had asignificant behavior and the decision was a good narrowing decision in rthe
case.

Guns and Intimate Partner Violence among Adolescents: A scoping review.
This about Intimate partner violence and how abuse can happen in a relationship between in a
relationship between a teen male and a teen woman. Most of the attacks happen between the
ages of 12-18. Gun violence can be used if needed because teenagers think that if the victim
doesn’t want to listen and they say I can shoot them if they don’t listen to me, but they don’t
really understand to that they can get into a lot of trouble. The firearm rate has gone up by
18.8% between the years 20102016. Most teenagers who are caught with a procession of a
firearm don’t have a license to carry a weapon, and they get themselves arrested. There was
research on how many guns an adult and teenager got caught with and how they do not have a
license to carry. Gun violence can be used in murders. suicides and sometimes an accident
shooting among teenagers. Also, if a teenager has a conflict with someone else, they will grab a
gun and shoot to kill. Most teenagers don’t know what they are doing. Some of them come
from broken homes. Have poverty in their lives and their parents are unemployed. Guns are
usually obtained by black, white and African males easily if they bribe someone into something
and get cash from them. Guns especially are obtained between the ages of 15-34 for black
males. People can have a lot of traumas in these lives because of gun violence and there must
be a way to end gun violence.
Gun Safety Policies
Gun safety policies are not that great in the United States or other countries and there are being
treated like a gun that is loaded and a person that has their finger on the trigger, but a new
policy that was produced and will have an opposite saying for what was said above. The legal
and community measures such as background checks for people who can buy guns, and some
for-gun storage requirements. The policies are also designed to have prevented people from
being shot by a gun accidentally. Here are some firearm safety rules, avoid alcohol and drugs
that could impair your judgement, and you could shoot someone. The gun storage policies can
be a stored gun, and the other firearms should be kept away all children, obey the red flag laws
which are removal of firearms from people who can be a danger in the community and help
fund gun violence intervention programs but how can someone prevent gun violence especially
among teenagers ? But all guns should keep out of kids reach unless they are older and know
how to handle one. Children who go to school should not be using or buying a gun. In the
United States in schools there should be classes for the older children to learn that guns are not
good to have or use. An analysis of forty schools around the United States says that 76 %,
dialed have dialed with violence and shootings and it puts risks on other children .
