Abstract
Organizational have evolved over the centuries to become a dominant part of the
environmental structure of society. Organizations are a key to society because large
organizations have absorbed society [ CITATION Sco06 \l 1033 ]. The history of
organizations tells a story of how organizations have grown from many small local
companies to global superpowers within industries. Organizations change was first
introduced in the 1920’s when researchers began to examine various concepts by
scholars. The transformation of organizations has led to organizations expanding into
multinational conglomerates within a short amount of time. As society changes, so do
organizations and the impact they have on how society develops. Organizations of today
are more influenced by the external factors, open system perspective. Organizations of
the past were more a natural or rational system perspectives. As this shift has taken place,
