This business report is a valuation estimates and recommendations of McDonalds’ Corporation,
one of the most recognized fast-food restaurants in the industry. With its red and golden arch logo,
it is the most famous brand in the world. report will highlight the three methods of valuation The
approaches, the income approach, the market approach, and the asset approach. A conclusion of
valuation is based on data that was derived from historical financials. The financial data used are
from 2016 to 2020 which are the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flow.

McDonalds’ is categorized as being in the fast-food restaurant business. With over 38,000
restaurants and over 100 countries, the company serves over 36 million customers per day. The
headquarters is located in Chicago, Illinois and has over 1.9 million employees globally. The
company has a market capitalization size of $158.4 Billion and an enterprise value of $190
