Business etiquette involves the emphasis on the professional
dressing code ,communication among the employees and to the
clients along with other rules and regulations that are set by an
organization to safeguard the ethical and professional
standards.

management need to conduct and present themselves while in
attendance of seminars , meeting or representing the
organization at any level(Reece, & Reece, 2016).
Such functions form the basic tenets of the success of an
organization.
Therefore mutual respect should be demonstrated by the
organization in any kind of formal and corporate meeting.

Before the meeting an organization should plan the activities and the
topics that need to be discussed in the meeting in details.
The organization should also ensure the full participation of all the
parties involved in the meeting : this is important in harnessing the
feedback for the improvement of the contentious issues(Reece, &
Reece, 2016).
The meeting also should be strictly within the topic of discussion to
avoid time wastage and irrelevance.
Customers involvement in the

while involving the customers in the business plan needs
communicating to them from time to time , it is important that
an entity ensures the communication method is not viewed as a
nuisance by the clients(Tews et al, 2018).
In this case the organization should enhance there relationship
with the clients to make them feel like friends and part of the
entity other than mere buyers.
In return the customers will feel the sense of belonging to the
organization and valued thus any communication from the
company either in terms of latest offers or promotions will
make sense to them

The customer involvement in the plan yields the feedback about the services
, offers promotions and products.
Ultimately the an organization can utilize the feedback from the clients to
make the necessary improvements to enhance the prosperity and success of

The excellence of the organization that is earned from the clients’ feedback
further makes the customers attached to the organization and attract more
clients through referrals(market(Grow, & Broyles, 2011).

The basics of business etiquette revolve around customer
service and satisfaction , etiquette during meeting and staff
dressing code that also plays a major role in enhancing
business brand. The organization adherence to these basics
harvest success and prosperity even in a competitive market.
