PERSONALITY ASSESMENT ASSIGNMENT
Abstract
The Myers-Briggs personality test examines different types of personalities and offers a better
way to understand people that are around you. By being aware of yourself and others, it will
significantly increase communication effectiveness, especially through problem-solving. I will be
covering differences and similarities in my personality type, which after taking the test, my final
type outcome is ESFJ. I will go into detail of each letter, what it means by analyzing
characteristics of each, and how I apply them at work and at home. Finally, I will discuss a run-
down of my full Myers-Briggs personality and protentional careers for ESFJs.
