Who will play what role(s) in the team? Do you have complete coverage of all
9 roles discussed in the videos?
While going over our roles, we had to figure out what role fits each of us the best. I
believe that we will have enough coverage to cover all the different roles, making us a
very diverse team and should work well together in the long run. These roles were
somewhat hard to interpret but we were able to get it done and make ourselves fit into
our individual roles.

How might conflict arise in the team during the semester? How will the team
plan to handle those conflicts?
-Conflict may arise when we, as a team, struggle to coordinate our busy schedules
and balance this project with other assignments as well as our personal lives.
-Communication will be a huge factor while working in groups because we will not
be able to physically be together and will have to rely on either talking through
zoom or in our group chats.
-We will handle tough situations by making sure we are on top of our
communication and making sure we are on the same page on how we are going
to get certain things done by the deadlines.
What will the team do to be successful throughout the semester?
We will meet regularly to track our progress and monitor our assignments.
We will build upon past feedback we receive throughout the semester and
work to improve for future assignments.
We will understand each team members strengths and weaknesses, and
tailor our roles to complement our skill sets.
