Annotated Bibliography assignment

 In order to develop a solid rationale to support the need for your program, you will conduct a needs assessment.  This needs assessment will be based largely on secondary data you collect from existing statistics and the scientific literature.  This annotated bibliography serves as a way for you to collect, catalog, and review the secondary data in preparation for your needs assessment.
