Writing Assignment

Using the Job Description you submitted previously, construct  a selection plan that consists of methods that are reliable and valid and identifies the best candidate for the job.  You will be judged on the order of the methods as well as the justification for each method.  You will include a thorough explanation for each method describing the relevance of the method in relationship to the job description/specification.

Be certain to include the original job description as one document with the selection plan  in your submittal to Blackboard so I may compare and judge the accuracy of your plan.
