Using the Job Description you submitted previously, construct a recruiting ad that is designed to attract a qualified candidate to apply.  Read the Recruiting Ad Instructions document carefully to be certain that you include all components in your ad.  Be as creative and thorough to demonstrate your understanding of this HR function.
