research study help

I need help with designing research results for my research project which is a   

cross-sectional observational study to determine if there is a significant relationship between childhood obesity and food marketing, and if food marketing increase the incidence of obesity related illnesses in children under 16 years old of age. 

Note that I need some help with the methods as well. just a little help.

I will attach an example doc for a research study. the results should be similar to what in that doc. I am already done with the methods and the introduction . I just need help with the results.
